If you are not absolutely delighted with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, return it to us in the condition you received it in, in the original packaging, within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. The only exclusions under this money back guarantee are the original shipping costs. In an unlikely event that that your merchandise arrives damaged, email us a photo of the damaged product within 12 hours of receiving your order with details of the order. All complaints will be processed within 5 working days and a replacement shall be shipped to you at the earliest.
Footwear and other collaborated product return is not feasible. Exchange for a size can be done. For that you would need to send the goods back to the original shipper and we shall arrange for the exchange to be done after the product is received by the vendor. We will be able to accept a cancellation request any time before we ship your order. In case your credit card/debit card/bank account was already charged for the order, we shall process the refund immediately following cancellation of order, subject to deductions for any banking transaction charges incurred by us pursuant to your order and its cancellation.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery.
